Notes:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping Time does not include a 2-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

  • Orders received between Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day.

  • Embroidery Orders need more 1-3 working days to process.

  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.

  • We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

  • If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 20 days after your order was placed.

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees, your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Zina Atelier.

  • Items unused in original condition and packaging will be eligible for return within 20 days of purchase. If you would like to process a return, you can contact us at canvas.craft@yahoo.com.

  • High volume of shipments, COVID-19 restrictions, custom clearance problems may cause delivery delays.
